and individual donations. Even after the PA33-21 is completed and
on display at the museum, we will have ongoing expenses for maintenance and

| The PA33-21 will be owned by the University of New Orleans (UNO)
Foundation and will be on loan for permanent display at the National D-Day
Museum in New Orleans, La. Donations made to the Higgins Boat Project
will be for the benefit of the LCVP PA33-21 Higgins boat, and not
for the general purposes of the UNO Foundation or the National D-Day Museum.
The Higgins Boat Project is a non-profit organization under section 501(c)3
of the Internal Revenue Code, and all contributions are tax deductible to
the fullest extent allowed.
